The Yī Jiǔ Bā Bā Dǔcháng and the thieves guild.

The Yī Jiǔ Bā Bā Dǔcháng is a venerable gambling hall known throughout Urbo Ĉielarko as an excellent place to lose or, less likely, gain a fortune overnight. It is also known as to harbor a motley crew of con-artists, thieves, hustlers, pirates, smugglers, thugs, and other ne'er-do-wells.

The Yī Jiǔ Bā Bā Dǔcháng is located in the waterside district of Urbo Ĉielarko and is the largest and most frequented gambling den in the city. Anyone with coin is welcome to come and try their luck at striking it rich via variety of games of chance. While the dice, cards, and pai gow are the most popular ways to lose your money, the thieves guild which operates the casino is happy to drain your wealth in anyway they can.
